  • • Payment method:

    Cash (RON), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or money transfer payment is accepted.
    Payment is done in advance or at maximum at 3 days of accommodation.
    In case of long-stay payment is done in advance or from 3 to 3 days.

  • • Rates for children:

    Children until the age of 7 have free accommodation and breakfast, those between 7 and 14 years of age have free accommodation and are being charged with 30RON/child for the breakfast. Children over 14 years are considered adults.

  • • Included facilities:

    Facilities included in the standard accommodation rates are the followings: parking, access to fitness room, pool access, WIFI internet and local tax.

  • • Canceling the reservation:

    Any cancellation is done by contacting the reception.
    There is no penalty fee charged for canceling reservation (reservation up to 2 rooms). Cancellation must be done at least 3 days in advance.Penalty is representing the price of the first accommodation day. If it is the case of a reservation of 2 or more rooms, then cancellation must be done with at least 10 days before arrival.
    For group reservation (at least 5 rooms) please contact our reservation services.
    In case you make the reservation by phone, fax and we don’t have your card information, advanced payment is necessary in order to have the guarantee of the reservation.

Arrivals & Departures

- the rooms can be occupied starting with 14.00 o’clock.
- rooms must be freed upon check-out no later than 12.00 o’clock.
- at the solicitation of the clients and when the hotel has the spaces, according to international practices special rates can be applied for staying after 12.00 o’clock.

- additional bed for children under 2 years costs 70 RON

- normal additional bed costs 90 RON

Luggage can be kept in the luggage storage rooms free of charge for 24 hours and with payment if storage period is longer than 24 hours.

Safety

The hotel is equipped with approved electronic surveillance systems for room access, public spaces are under video surveillance. We are not responsible for forgotten, lost or presumably stolen objects within the hotel, conference rooms, restaurants and bars.
